The Reproductive & Child Health (RCH) portal is an online portal for registration of all events related to pregnancy, childbirth and immunisation with the scope for generation of due lists for tracking of beneficiaries and providing them the services. This online portal serves as the real time data banks on RCH issues and a tool for monitoring the RCH programme and planning interventions/corrective measures and planning need for logistics, including vaccines. The reports in this portal are area based and comprehensive in nature.
Records at the Sub-centre level are maintained manually in registers and uploaded at the block headquarters at regular intervals.
