Under the Rashtriya Bal Suraksha Karyakram (RBSK), Mobile Health Teams (School Health Teams) consisting of a Medical Officer, Pharmacist and Nurse visit schools for examining school children from Class VI to Class XII and providing referral services to those requiring interventions. Exclusive Health Cards for each student is maintained and exclusive referral cards provided to those referred. There is also a system for tracking Service Access by those referred.
Apart from the above, facility exists for Free investigations, including USG, Echocardiography, etc. and treatment of students referred to the DH, Alipurduar
